In the heart of the green Bekaa valley, Gardenia Grain D’or was founded in 1989 in the aim to satisfy the increasing need of the Lebanese market for spices, pickles, grains and extra virgin olive oil, in addition to offering many instant Lebanese mixtures. Excellent quality has been the base upon which the company built its reputation and gained the confidence of consumers worldwide. Today, Gardenia Grain D’or is present in many countries, mainly USA, Canada, Australia, Brazil, Belgium, France, UK, Ireland, Nigeria, Côte D’ivoire and most Arab countries.
In order to keep pace with constantly changing international standards in the food industry and consumers’ increasing demand for natural products, Gardenia Grain D’or always strives to update the look and packaging of its products while keeping its quality standard intact. The company is now FDA certified and is working on ISO certification. All products are available in different weights and packages: Spices include original, whole or molded spices and special mixtures and could be found in elegant glass jars, in plastic bags, in plastic boxes or in catering cans. Pickles are chosen from the best harvests of the Bekaa valley and are packed in glass jars of 3 different weights and buckets of 10kg. |

Extra virgin olive oil is bottled in elegant glass containers of 4 various weights. Grains are carefully selected from the best sources and are sold in 2lb plastic bags. Moreover, and to keep the Lebanese traditional meals at the reach of the international Diaspora, the company offers a wide variety of typical Lebanese ingredients, such as Burghol, Frikeh, Moghrabieh, Zaatar, etc and instant mixtures such as Falafel, Meghli, Sahlab and Mohallabieh.
Throughout the year, the company participates in many international fairs, the most important being ANUGA, SIAL, FANCY FOOD SHOW and HORECA. Through these events, the company seeks new markets and stays up-to-date with the latest technologies and news in the food industry but above all, it aims to restore international confidence and interest in the Lebanese products and to reposition Lebanon as one of the leading producers and exporters of spices, grains and natural pickles.
